Desktop/Server Management

Unlimited, quick and friendly technical assistance for your computer users and network administrator from our location. If an issue can’t be resolved over the phone or remotely, an ITG engineer can be on-site to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Support Desk

Unlimited help from support desk technical experts who can resolve everyday computer-related issues. We provide support for any question that relates to your organization’s networks, PCs and Microsoft applications (i.e. login authentication, connectivity issues and application support).

Network Management

We monitor the devices within your network environment to immediately detect and resolve any potential network problems. We provide availability, event log, backup and drive-space monitoring; monthly status reporting; anti-virus software management; and security, file sharing and user administration.

Client Business Review (CBR)

Some even add labor costs for site visits or work in general. ITG is different. On-site visits are covered in addition to previously identified projects. Our plan also includes dedicated on-site time each week to ensure we have a regular presence in your environment.
